I personally craft, collect and inspect all of the items myself before shipping. Many of the items are custom and one-of-a-kind creations, so small variations are expected. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing and review my shop policies. The items in my shop are not intended for children due to their small, delicate nature.

Processing time varies from 1-7 days after purchase depending on the item. For custom pieces, production time varies from 2-5 weeks depending on the size and detail of the project. See specific listing for details.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Please contact me right away (within 7 days) of receiving your purchase if you are not satisfied for any reason. I issue full refunds for damage that has occurred during shipping, for incorrect items shipped or items that do not match their descriptions.

Before shipment, I personally inspect each item carefully to make sure there are no flaws and nothing is broken. During packaging I make sure to securely package each item carefully and label the package with a fragile sticker. After your item ships out, I can’t guarantee that during shipping your package will be handled with care. If something arrives damaged, please contact me right away at email@example.com with photos of the damage.
