Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Please contact me right away (within 7 days) of receiving your purchase if you are not satisfied for any reason.  I issue full refunds for damage that has occurred during shipping, for incorrect items shipped or items that do not match their descriptions.

Order cancellations are available within 24 hours of order placement, if the order has not processed. Cancellations are not available for custom orders. 

Damaged Goods

Before shipment, I personally inspect each item carefully to make sure there are no flaws and nothing is broken.  During packaging I make sure to securely package each item carefully and label the package with a fragile sticker.  After your item ships out, I can’t guarantee that during shipping your package will be handled with care.  If something arrives damaged, please contact me right away at lifeinadollhouse.shop@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
